I think I was not cut out for standing still… if there is even a small chance, I will make a run for it, I will try and chase it, I will have fun and laugh until it hurts and then keep enjoying… because I prefer to try and fail, to make and success, to do and enjoy, bearing with all the consequences… rather than regretting about not fighting against my fears…
Who is the shadow? who is the real one? or is just ourselves at the other side….
Sometimes we just need to keep walking even if is only with ourselves, because the path is the travel itself.
…no matter if I have to go against the trends, no matter how many obstacles stand on my way, no matter how many hands try to hold me back… I will keep going walking forward, towards the edge of my limitations to push the boundaries and accomplish my objectives… until the very end.

I tried to glance at my future… staring at the lines inked on a white leaf… I thought for a second that I was looking at a reflection of a scratched present spiced with tones of hope for a better be… just to realize that I should not be looking down, but walking forward…
I still like to run around trying to chase the sunset… trying to find the source while enjoying every single ray of light to play around and enjoy… enjoy the simple things that I can find here…
Family, friends, neighbors all gather for Mochi. The kids running and helping with the food, doing the round rice cake, they do their best even in the cold evening. The men pounded the rice while women are making the different types of rice cake. Laughs and voices are heard around me. New families, old families and even dogs get reunited around the fire where we wait for the sweet potatoes.
I keep walking around this reality… with nothing more than my true self to share… as I keep advancing I find new people to open my mind with… sometimes they share some thoughts too while we go through a similar path… but even after we lost sight of each other, memories keep them close in the realm of our minds… those are my friends, every single one created a part of this life, to be shared by everyone of us…
It doesn’t matter who your are or where you came from, everyone has the chance to be happy.
